How do I sign in?
Open the app and sign in with the credentials provided by your organization, or use your company SSO login if enabled by your administrator. -
I forgot my password.
Use your organization’s password reset process, or contact support@sotax.online with your registered work email. -
The app says my account is inactive.
Your access may have been suspended by your administrator. Contact your IT department or email support with your full name and work email. -
How do I report inappropriate content?
Use the Report option inside the app on messages or posts. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. You can also email support@sotax.online. -
Push notifications are not working.
Enable notifications for SOTA-X in iOS Settings → Notifications, and ensure you are signed in. If the issue persists, contact support with your device model and iOS version. -
How do I delete my account?
Account deletion is managed by your organization. Request deletion through your administrator or email support@sotax.online.
What to include in your support request
Please include as much detail as possible so we can help you quickly:
- Your full name and work email address
- Organization / company name
- Device model and iOS version
- App version (shown in App Store or app settings)
- A short description of the problem and steps to reproduce it
- Screenshots, if applicable
